| Abstract: | The forecast of the business housing price is an important part of the feasibility analysis and the foreground prediction report to the real estate enterprises.Meanwhile,it is also one of the most important documents of investment as decision-making.Based on the opinions shown above,this artcle analyzes the method and the application of two kinds of systematic models used in the busi-ness housing price forecast. |
