| Abstract: | The application of ERP system provides the enterprises an efficient internal information processing system. Informationalized enterprise management by using the ERP software system has become an important method to improve the core competence of an enterprise. More and more enterprises are constructing their own ERP; however, great risks exist in the implementation of ERP, so it is a crucial to prevent and control the risks in the successful implementation of this system. |
