| 摘 要： | 体育院校辅导员队伍存在着诸多问题,加强体育院校辅导员队伍专业化建设很有必要性。提出体育院校辅导员队伍建设的途径,主要有规范准入机制;完善培训机制;优化管理和考核机制;建立健全保障发展机制。
