摘    要:运用文献资料、调查、数理统计、逻辑分析等研究方法,在18所硕士授予单位和3所博士授予单位的培养方案基础上,归纳总结我国运动人体科学研究生人才培养的特征:培养目标设置的合理性,符合社会发展的要求;研究方向划分的多样化,符合不同层次人才培养的需求;实行弹性学制,符合研究生教育发展的趋势;发挥各自优势,形成灵活、多样的课程体系;探索多样培养方式,重视个体差异;注重实践环节,保证学位论文质量。为新时期深化运动人体科学研究生教育的改革提供参考。

Abstract:By using literature, investigative, logic methods and mathematical statistics, the paper sums up the characteristics of talents cultivation of graduate students majoring in sport science and humanity body in China from their Projects. The result shows they set up the rationality of cultivation aims which accords with the demand of society development, plot out the diversification of research diction which accords with the need of different talents cultivation, put into practice the flexibility of length of schooling which accords with the trend of graduate education , make use of their predominance and form the diversified curriculum system, search after cultivation ways and attach importance to individual difference, pay attention to practice contents and guarantee the quality of dissertation. The main purpose is to provide reference for reforming graduate students education majoring in sport science and humanity body.
