| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料调研法、访谈和比赛观摩等方法,对我国曲棍球运动的规律、特点和发展 方向进行研究。结果认为,曲棍球运动是个人和集体相结合的运动,是有氧和无氧混合供能项 目;体能是条件,对抗是基础,快速是保证,灵活协调是核心,技术是手段,短角球是关键。根据以 上特点,提出了发展我国曲棍球运动的方向。 |

| Abstract: | This paper studies the rule, characteristics and developing direction of our hockey using the method of literature investigation. The result shows that hockey is the sports that require the combination of individual and group, aerobic and anaerobic supplement. Physical ability is condition, direct contact is bases, quickness is propriety, agility is the core, technical skill is method, short corner ball is key,based on above regulation and characteristics, the direction of developing our hockey sports is put forwarded. |
