| 摘 要： | 莱姆顿学院是加拿大具有代表性的应用技术学院之一,它的办学特色和人才培养模式值得借鉴。我国地方院校面临新的转型发展,因此应从培养目标、培养方式、培养内容、培养理念和培养活动五个方面改革,结合自身条件,探索出具有地方特色的发展模式。
