增权理论视角下高校旅游管理专业实践教学探析

摘    要:通过对高校旅游管理专业实践教学现状研究发现,实践教学过程与人才培养目标普遍脱节,实践教学内涵及其实现方式有待提升。进一步深入探寻,出现这种情况的深层次原因和旅游管理专业实践教学各相关主体的利益安排与利益设置有关联性,作为求知的利益主体学生,他们的权利诉求被忽略和剥夺,是实习实践过程中出现各种矛盾的根源。从增权理论视角提出实践教学重构的对策,有利于这些矛盾和问题的解决,有利于使旅游管理专业的实践教学符合人才培养目标的要求。

Abstract:By studying the present situation of professional practice teaching of tourism management,discovering the disjunction between the practice teaching process and talent goals,the practice teaching connotation and the realization way will be promoted. To explore further the interests,the main bodies that are related to the practice teaching are with connection,especially related benefits. The students as the main body to obtain knowledge,their related benefits are ignored and deprivation,that is the root of the contradictions in the process of practice teaching. Countermeasures are put forward to practice teaching reconstruction from the perspective of empowerment theory,to solve these contradictions and problems,to make the practice teaching of tourism management in accord with the requirements of personnel training.
