| Abstract: | Based on the construction and practice of ideological and political theory teachers team in the normal university, combining with the status quo and problems of teacher team, the paper carried on in-depth investigation and analysis, proposed specific development scheme, in order to improve the construction of ideological and political theory teachers team, and strengthen the appeal of ideological and political theory course. |
