| 摘 要： | 休闲体育的发展是社会进步和精神文明建设的重要标志,通过对武汉市高校大学生参与休闲体育活动的特征进行研究,以便有效的引导大学生参与休闲体育,培养其文明、健康、科学的闲暇生活方式,形成终身体育理念,在此基础上提出相应的对策,为大学生的身心健康以及和谐校园文化的构建提供参考。

| Abstract: | The development of leisure sports is a significant symbol for social progress and spiritual civilization.In this paper,the author analysed the features of leisure sports of students on campus in Wuhan.This paper is to encourage students to take part in leisure sports effectively.It is instructive and meaningful for students to cultivate an enlighted,healthy,scientific and casual life style thus to foster the idea of whole-life sports in minds of people.Then,the author also gave corresponding measures,which can provide reference for mental and physical health of students in university.It is supposed to contribute to the construction of a harmonious campus. |
