| 摘 要： | 社会体育指导员队伍的建设是群众体育发展的重点。社会体育指导员队伍的培训关系着体育强国的建设。通过对福建省首期国家级社会体育指导员培训学员的基本数据和培训课程分析,指出存在的相关问题并对相关管理部门的工作提出合理性建议,以期政府有限投入的资源达到优化配置的目的。

| Abstract: | The construction of the social sports instructor team is focusing on the development of mass sports.Social sports instructor team training is relative to the construction of sports power.Through the first national social sports instructor training students’ basic data and training course analysis in Fujian province,the paper points out the existing problems related to the management department and puts forward some rational suggestions for the government investment limited resources to achieve the purpose of optimization allocation. |
