| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法对合作自主教学法在大学生体育选项课教学中的运用进行实验研究。实验结果表明:在大学生体育选项课中实施合作自主教学可有效发展学生的速度、耐力、爆发力、力量等方面的身体素质,提高学生的专项技能水平、教学效果、喜好程度和课余参与度,激发大学生的学习兴趣和上课主动性,培养大学生的各项综合能力。

| Abstract: | This article uses the methods of document materials,experimentation,statistics to experiment and research the Cooperative Independence teaching method,which is used in college students physical education elective course as an elective course.The result shows that the Cooperative Independence teaching method is helpful to improve the students’ comprehensive ability. |
