| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、比较分析等方法,对苏北地区经济社会发展现状及体育服务体系建设的现状进行分析研究,并根据苏北经济社会发展现状提出体育服务体系的理论框架。构建面向大众的能够较好满足广大人民群众体育健身需要的苏北体育服务体系,对保障人民群众享有基本的体育权利和服务,保障群众体育事业的持续发展,促进人民体质健康水平的不断提高有着重要作用。
