| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、调查法、访谈法等,对福建省各级业余体校田径教练员的现状进行调查与分析。结果表明:目前福建省业余体校田径教练员的来源较广;运动经历丰富;学历水平较高;多数教练员具较强的事业心;但年龄分布不均,年老有丰富执教经验的教练员较少;岗位培训次数不多,且流于形式;相当部分教练员凭经验训练,不重视知识的更新,无法满足当今田径运动训练科学化的要求。

| Abstract: | By the methods of literature study,question study,and interview,this article made a research and analysis on the present situation of track-and-field coaches in amateur schools for physical training of all levels in Fujian province.The result shows that the origins of coaches are diversiform.They are well-experienced in athletic sports with high academic qualifications.Most of them are career-minded.At the same time,age distribution of them is uneven.There is a lack of aged coaches with rich training experience.Adn on-the-job training of them is a mere formality.Some coaches trained athletes just according to their personal experience.They ignored the upgrading of their knowledge.It cannot meet the demand of scientific training in modern track-and-field. |
