| 摘 要： | 综合运用多种研究方法 ,对淮北市九年义务教育学校体育教师的现状进行研究。结果表明 :中学与城市小学体育教师的配备基本上达到了有关文件的要求 ,学历完全达标 ,而农村小学离达标要求甚远 ;教师队伍年轻化 ,教师的工作量偏高 ,但待遇偏低 ,有关体育教师工作量计算方法的文件难以落到实处 ;教师培训工作虽已起动 ,但面较窄 ,有 36 %的教师职业思想不稳定 ,教师科研成果较少。

| Abstract: | An investigation was conducted about the current state of sports teachers in nine-year compulsory education schools of Huaibei. The results indicated that the number of sports teachers in elementary and middle schools of the city had met the standard requirements, their academic background had reached the set standard as well. But the contrary was true in elementary schools of the country. Moreover, the age of the teachers was younger in average, the teaching load was heavier, but the salary was lower. Although teachers' training had already started, it was relatively limited. About 36 percent of the teachers did not want to adhere to their teaching position, and only a few teachers did some research work. |
