| 摘 要： | 目的：评价疝环充填式无张力疝修补术在老年腹股沟疝修补中的应用效果。方法：对40例老年腹股沟疝患者全部采用mesh-plug定型产品行疝环充填式无张力疝修补术。结果：与传统疝修补手术比较，疝环充填式无张力疝修补术有明显的优越性，手术指征宽．手术操作简便，术后并发症少，恢复快，复发率低。结论：疝环充填式无张力疝修补术符合老年人的解剖特点，可作为治疗老年腹股沟疝的首选方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinically applied effects of mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty in treating senile inguinal hernia.Methods:40 patients with senile inguinal hernia were performed with mesh-plug approved products,which are manufactured by American Bard Company.Results:The mesh & plug hermia repair had greater effects than that of traditional hermia repair procedure,such as wider surgical indication,easier surgical performance,fewer complications,quicker recovery and lower recurrence.Conclusion:Mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty is a perfect surgical operation manner.It is especially suitable to the elderly inguinal hernia. |
