职业教育探析

摘    要:近年来我国职业教育有了很大的发展,实用性成为职业教育人才培养的重要特征,以能力为中心是职业教育的重要教学模式。但目前的职业教育,功利化倾向严重,人文精神缺失,职业教育成了半人教育.职业教育应该是什么样的教育?职业教育的目的是什么?拟循人性反思的路径,对职业教育的目的做进一步的探讨。职业教育应该是完整的人的教育,应遵循教育规律,倡导人文精神。

Abstract:Vocational education has developed greatly recently in our country. However, it has an intense tendency of utilitarianism. Pragmatism has become an important feature of talent training in vocational education, and the teaching model in it centers on ability. Therefore, tendency of utilitarianism becomes serious, and humanism is losing. Vocational education becomes half-man education. What should vocational education be? What is its aim? This paper traces back the humanism and explores its aim. Vocational education should be a whole-man's education, follow teaching rules, and advocate humanism.
