摘    要:本文就非智力因素的五种成分:动机、兴趣、情感、意志和性格,对学生在学校体育教学中进行体育学习的作用进行分析,再结合学校体育教学的特点,探讨在学校体育教学中如何培养学生非智力因素的问题,提出了培养学生非智力因素的若干措施。突出强调学校体育教学对学生非智力因素培养的特殊作用,以拓展学校体育教学的功能和较好地渗透心理教育。

Abstract:According to the nonintellective factors - the motivation, the interest, the emotion, the volition, the personality, and the assay on the uses of the nonintellective factors to the students in the P. E. learning as well as the features of the P. E. teaching, the authors have put forwaal the ways to develop the nonintellective factors. This paper emphasizes the special uses of the development of the students' nonintellective factors so as to expand the functions of P. E. and infiltrate better the psyschological education.
