| Abstract: | This paper, through analyzing the rural residents' Wushu activities, i ntends to lead people to a correct understanding of Wushu, to help people have s ome idea of Sanshou and a series of skills and tricks, thus cultivating people's interest in Wushu, taking a fresh look at some ideas of Wushu, and arousing the wide attention of the whole society. This paper also attempts to guide people t o exercise Wushu and push Wushu forward in the direction of athletics, commercia lization and internationalization. |
