| 摘 要： | 结合本馆电子图书招标采购的具体实践,从招标前准备工作、招标中组织实施、招标后服务管理3个阶段介绍了电子图书招标采购的操作程序,构建了电子图书采购的规范化流程,总结了招标过程遇到的问题、工作成效及有益经验,以求为图书馆采购电子图书提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | With the experiences of E - books＇ purchase by public bidding in our library, this article introdue.ed the operating procedure from three steps： preparation, organization, and service and management of public bidding, which built the standard procedure of purchase by public bidding. And it summarized the problems during public bidding, working achievement and experiences, in order to offer some suggestions for E- books＇ purchase by way of public bidding in libraries. |
