| 摘 要： | 经济法的本质是经济法学研究的重要理论问题。当前经济学界关于经济法的本质主要有两种观点：干预主义和协调主义。本文在对其分析的基础之上，认为我国的经济法的本质不仅是“协调经济之法”、“适当干预经济之法”，而且更重要的是“适当干预政府之法”。
