| 摘 要： | 从高校教师专业化概念的内涵谈起,结合当前高校教师专业化存在的主要问题,主张通过强化高校教师专业化发展的责任意识、制订大学教师的职业标准、培养大学教师的自主学习能力、提高高校教师培训的效度和效益,以及培训机构、相关制度的建立和完善等途径,促进高等学校教师的专业化发展,提升高等学校的竞争力。
