| 摘 要： | 随着人员流动不断加快,给人事档案的收集与管理带来了许多困难,本文从人事档案的收集工作入手,详细分析了人事档案收集工作中的收集内容和方法,并进一步提出了用现代管理设备管理人事档案,为人事档案的妥善保管与有效利用开辟了新的渠道。
