| 摘 要： | 本从社区教育发展现状与社会需求出发，提出了构建高职教育与社区教育共同体的发展模式，分析了构建共同体的必要性与可能性，指出了构建高职、社区教育共同体必须突破观念和管理体制的障碍，需要政府统筹协调，整合教育资源，要以办学特色求得快速、持久的发展。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the current situation and the society needs,this paper proposes that a model of combine the higher education and community education should be set up.The paper also expands on the necessityand possibilities,and points outthe barrier such as the idea and managementsystem,final-ly,it gives some solutions to overcome these barriers:the governmental regulation,the reforming of re-sources.The characteristics of this combination would lead to a quick and stable development. |
