| 摘 要： | 通过旋转式推铅球技术和背向滑步技术的对比分析,并结合我国铅球运动员的身体素质,提出旋转式推铅球更加符合中国铅球运动员的身体条件,并将可能成为中国铅球成绩上升的突破点,为教练员、运动员在铅球训练中应用此技术提供参考.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes and compares the shot-putting revolving technique with the backward glissade technique. By combining the two techniques with the physical quality of the Chinese shot-putters, it puts forth the conclusion that the shot-putting revolving technique is more suitable for Chinese shot- putters and that the shot-putting revolving technique may become the breakthrough point for Chinese Shot-putters to increase the shot-putting results. The paper may offer some references to Chinese coaches and athletes in applying this technique to the shot-putting training. |
