| 摘 要： | 东西部科技合作的相关理论可概括为从区域内部能力出发的区域经济增长理论,包括均衡增长理论、梯度推移理论、增长极理论;从区域与外部交流出发的区域开放发展理论,包括区域贸易理论、区域投资理论和比较优势理论;从宏观整体及全球化视野出发的区域创新跃迁理论,包括知识经济理论、空间聚集理论和创新理论。三个层面的九个理论,对于实际推进东西部科技合作,具有重要的指导意义,从这些理论出发,我们可以深入分析东西部科技合作的静态能力和互动潜力,探讨东西部科技合作推动跨越式发展的前景,从而获得促进东西部科技合作的许多新思路。

| Abstract: | Theory of the science and technology cooperation between the East and West is intergraded by three parts.The first one is the theory of a rea economy increase,based on area e conomy developing and capacity,including the theory of equilibrium increase,the theory of grads process and the th eory of increased point.The second o ne is the theory of area open development matured on area developing environme nt,including the theory of area trad e,the theory of area investment and the theory of technique transfer.The third one is the theory of area innovation t ran-sition set out from macrocosm and glo bal view,including the theory of new economy,the theory of space congregate and the theory of innovation. |
