| 摘 要： | 对记者而言，新闻作品的完成过程，是新闻提炼的过程，而新闻事实的提炼，是这一过程的核心。记者在对新闻事实掌握的基础上，寻找新闻的亮点，进行精心策划；选择新的角度和主题；运用新闻背景，挖掘新闻背后的新闻等，都能发现有价值的新闻事实，形成新闻精品。

| Abstract: | To the reporters,the process of creating news is the process of Abstracting news fact,which is the core of news creation.On the basis of possessing news facts,the reporters should look for the highlight of news,make an elaborate plan,and choose new angle and subject.At the same time,the reporters should use the news background to find out the news behind it so that they can find valuable news fact and create the one with fine quality. |
