| 摘 要： | 论文研究阐述了当前我国体育经纪人业、体育俱乐部业、大众体育产业、体育彩票业的立法现状及存在的问题。同时，也对国外有关这方面的立法进行了介绍，旨在使人们了解更多的有关体育产业立法的基本情况、以及借鉴国外体育产业立法的优秀经验，为完善我国体育产业法规建设提议一些理论参考。
