摘    要:制备了活性炭固载对甲苯磺酸并以此为催化剂,以己二酸和正丁醇为原料合成了己二酸二丁酯.通过正交实验考察了影响酯化率的各种因素,确定了最佳反应条件为:己二酸用量0.05 mol时,正丁醇与己二酸的物质的量比为2.8,3 g催化剂,15 mL甲苯作带水剂,反应时间40 min,酯化率达98%以上.结果表明:活性炭固载对甲苯磺酸具有催化活性高、反应温度低、不腐蚀设备、环境污染小等优点,是合成己二酸二丁酯的优良催化剂.

Abstract:Dibutyl adipate was synthesized from adipic acid and n_butyl alcohol with p_tokyebesykfibuc acid syooirted ib activated carbon as catalyst cataktst.The effect of factors on esterification ratio was studied.The result shows that the best reaction condition was:based on 0.05 mol adipic acid,molar ratio of n_butyl alcohol to adipic acid was 2.8,mass of castalyst was 3 g,the taking water reagent was 15 mL,reaction time was 40 min.The yield of the product could reach over 98%.The experimental results showed that p_toluenesulfonic acid supported on activated carbon had many advantages such as high activity,non_corrosive and pollution_free to the environment.It is an excellent catalyst for synthesis of dibutyl adipate.
