| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,对山西省城市社区体育管理现状从社区体育组织管理、服务管理、资源管理等方面进行调查与分析,得出一些结论,并针对存在的问题,提出了合理的建议,旨在为进一步优化山西省城市社区体育管理提供参考依据.

| Abstract: | Through the research methods of documents, investigation and mathematical statistics, this paper investigates and analyzes the actualities of the management of community sports from organization management, service management and resource management etc in Shanxi province, draws some conclusions, and puts forward reasonable suggestions for the existing problems, aiming to provide theoretical reference for further promoting the development of the management of community sports in Shanxi province, but also provide theoretical guidance for the development of the management of community sports in china. |
