| 摘 要： | 介绍了日本名古屋大学体育教学改革前的状况，以及所实施的改革的理念和改革内容。分析其改革特点，其明确的改革理念、重视健康和体育的科学理论，教学的课程设置以及调动学生主体能动性的研讨课教学形式。为我国高校体育改革提供借鉴依据。

| Abstract: | The situation of PE reform in Nagoya university of Japan is introduced, including the idea and content of the reform. The character of the reform is analyzed, which are the clear reform idea, the course design of thinking much of theories studying about health and gymnastic sciences, and the active teaching form in exciting students' ability. The useful reference role to our PE reform is expected. |
