| 摘 要： | 实验室管理体制是实验室开展教学、科研工作的制度保障。实验室管理体制改革，是促进实验室上规模、上层次、上水平，提高实验室效益的需要，也是适应素质教育和培养具有创新能力的高层次人才的需要。本文从该校近几年的教学实验室体制改革的实践中，对实验室体制改革进行探索和思考。
