| 摘 要： | 政府门户网站是政府基于互联网的电子化服务窗口。乡镇政府建设门户网站,可以在解决"三农"问题上发挥重要作用。我国乡镇政府门户网站的总体建设水平比较低、发展极不平衡。对于本就存在公共服务缺失和信息化水平程度低的广大农村地区而言,由政府主导进一步推广互联网,提高乡镇政府门户网站的应用水平,是发展电子政务,推进农村信息化的必然选择。

| Abstract: | The govemment portal site based on intemet is the electronic service window of modem government. The township government portal site contributes to solving the problem of agriculture, countryside, and peasants. But in China, govemment portal site is generally in a state of low level and extreme imbalance. For the vast co--de of China which was originally in the absence of public service and the low- level of informafionalization, it is an inevitable outcome for the government to motivate the rural informationalization through popularizing the access to intemet and to increase the construction of township government portal site. |
