| 摘 要： | 案例启发式教学能加强对法学专业学生理论联系实际、解决具体问题能力的培养,案例启发式教学方法的基本支持系统是完善的案例信息库。法医案例信息库的合理构建需有总体规划并在此基础之上确定案例选题,法医案例素材各种信息要素收集的全面性、合理化和准确性极其重要,建立的法医案例信息库应该保持时效性。法医案例信息库的建立有利于教学质量的提高,同时也实现了案例资源共享,为刑事司法科学研究工作的开展提供了原始资源保证。

| Abstract: | Case heuristic teaching can strengthen and raise the ability of law students to apply theory to reality,solving concrete questions.Case heuristic teaching method depends on a perfect case database,whose reasonable construction needs an overall plan and the selection of case topics,the collection integrity,rationalization and accuracy of each kind of essential information.The case database established for forensic medicine should maintain effectiveness.The establishment of forensic case database is advantageous to teaching quality enhancement,the sharing of case resources,providing the primitive resources guarantee for the development of criminal justice research. |
