| 摘 要： | 被江泽民同志誉为“自觉的民主战士，忘我的爱国先躯”的杜重远先生是一位爱护青年、关注教育的楷模,他不仅在青年与教育问题上有不少真知灼见，而且努力实践，勇于创新；他主张青年走社会化、群众化的道路，注重实践性；在青年教育方面则强调时代性和各民族教育平等。

| Abstract: | Mr Du Zhong-yuan, who was honored "a conscious democratic fighter and an unselfish pioneer of patriotism" by Comrade Jiang Ze-min, is exemplary in the love for the youth and the enhancement of education. He not only has many truthful views on the youth and education, but also actively engages himself in practice and creation. He strongly advocates that the youth should plunge themselves into the society and the masses, and pay most attention to practice. As far as the education of the youth is concerned, he maintains that the education should be modernized and that all nationalities have equal opportunity for education. |
