| 摘 要： | 近年来，知识经济飞速发展，高等教育发展的步伐也随之不断加快，社会需要更多的应用型创新人才，应用型创新人才的培养模式也需要不断改革和创新。本文针对新时期的时代特点，分析了应用型创新人才培养的重要性和紧迫性，提出了应用型创新人才的培养模式。

And more innovative applied talents are needed with the development of society and education. This paper discusses the significance of the cultivation of innovative applied talents, puts forward a new model for developing of innovative applied talents, aiming at the characteristic of the new era. |
