| 摘 要： | 通过访谈法、调查法、文献资料法等方法，对上海市社区健身苑点的器材、资金、人员等情况进行了调查研究，发现上海市健身苑点存在着器材单一、资金匮乏、专业指导人员较少等问题，提出相应解决对策。
