| 摘 要： | 良好的写作能力是科学研究的基础,是创新的基本要素。研究生论文水平,能反映出其知识水平、综合素质及独立从事科学研究的能力。目前,写作能力培养明显不足,已成为军事学研究生论文优秀率偏低的一个重要原因。加强研究生平时学习中写作能力培养,对提高研究生培养质量,促进研究生综合素质的提高是十分必要的一项工作。

| Abstract: | A sound writing ability is the foundation of scientific research and an element for creation.Their degree thesis comprehensively shows the students' knowledge level,overall quality and ability to make independent researches.At present,inadequately developed writing skills have resulted in low percentage of excellent papers.To strengthen the writing training is necessary for improvement of the postgraduate education and the students overall quality. |
