| 摘 要： | 网上侵害个人隐私权问题,日益受到广泛关注。笔者认为:网络环境下的个人隐私权保护应当强调对个人主动掌控自己私人信息的权利保护,避免因他人不合理、不合法的利用干扰当事人的现实生活,或者消除被干扰的危险性。在日益复杂化的网络环境下,我国应当怎样通过立法与司法实践,实现对个人隐私权的有效保护的同时,规范人们利用个人信息的行为,值得我们探讨和研究。

| Abstract: | The infringement of privacy issues on Internet,receives the widespread attention day by day.The author thinks: personal privacy protection under the network environment should emphasize on the personal initiative to take control of their own private information protection of the rights,to avoid unreasonable,illegal use of interference to the real life of parties,and eliminate interference risk.In the increasingly complex network environment,how to realize personal privacy protection,at the same time regulate the behavior of individual information through the legislation and judicial practice in our country worth of study and research. |
