| 摘 要： | 孔子的时代，既是“礼崩乐坏”、“天下大乱”的时代，也是社会秩序应然建构的时代。从“礼崩乐坏”的社会现实出发，通过“三代”之治的历史反思和价值认同，以完成社会秩序的应然建构，既是孔子政治哲学的使命和追求，也是孔子政治哲学范式原创建构的动力和机制；既是孔子政治哲学范式原创建构起点和特点。也是孔子政治哲学范式原创建构的路径和方法。孔子作为儒家学派的创始人及其在中国思想文化史上的崇高地位的确立，则不仅在于他以“述而不作，信而好古”的方式和态度，实现了政治、伦理与教化的内在统一，而且更在于他以哲人的眼光和智慧反观历史，不仅实现了中国政治哲学的突破，而且建构了一个与宗法制的社会组织结构和以“礼”为核心的社会治理结构相一致，集“道”、“德”、“礼”“仁”、“孝”为一体的道德人文主义的政治哲学体系，这也正是孔子及其儒家政治哲学思想在汉代以后之所以能够被提升为中国社会的社会意识形态和观念上层建筑的内在根据和深层原因。

| Abstract: | In Confucius＇ time, there were no orders or manners among the people, and it was also a time when there was a call for new social orders. It was based on the disorders and retrospections on the history and values that Confucius began to pursue political philosophy. The disorders and reconstruction of social orders were the approaches and methods of the prototype of Confucian political philosophy. As the initiator of Confucianism and his high position in the China＇s histo- ry of thoughts and culture, Confucius is not only famous for his methods and attitudes towards ＂No creation but talking, appreciating the present while adoring the past＂, but also for his retrospection on the history. He not only broke through the traditional political philosophy, but also constructed a new social structure and social orders. |
