| 摘 要： | 学术期刊青年编辑的心理特点主要表现为优越感和自卑感交替、独立要求和依赖心理相伴、孤独感和失落感并存。他们的内心需求主要包括夯实基本功的需要、提高科研能力的需要、归属的需要、事业发展和个人成就的需要等。青年编辑要树立“让文章因我而不同，让刊物因我而精彩”的思想，不断地鞭策自己奋勇前行，以获取更多的成就；老编辑要以身作则，带头养成良好的工作作风，要传授编辑经验与技巧、帮助青年编辑克服困难、带领或带动青年编辑开展编辑学研究等；期刊社领导要在合理配置激励机制的同时，给予青年编辑更多实质性的支持和帮助。

On Psychological Features and Growth Path of Junior Editors of Academic Journals |

| Abstract: | Junior editors of academic journals in China are generally marked by alternative superiority and inferiority in psychology, coupled independence and dependence in work, and combined loneliness and failure in feeling. They have been longing for strengthening their professional skills, improving their abilities of science research, obtaining a good sense of belonging, and achieving individual success in professional development. The junior editors are supposed to do their ut- most to refine themselves continuously. Meanwhile, the senior editors should work hard so as to establish excellent working traditions. They should instruct their junior colleagues with some experiences and skills, help them overcome some diffieul- tie~i and lead them to editing research. The leaders of journal editorial offices should offer more virtual support and help tO the junior colleagues while constructing reasonable motivation mechanism. |
