| 摘 要： | 社区工作发展与社会文化的关系是中国社区工作者始终无法回避的问题。在中国的社会文化情景中开展社区工作实践需要处理好三个方面的问题：专业价值与地方文化之间的冲突，文化理解，以及发展适应本地的社区工作理论和技巧。内地社区工作在未来发展过程中需要处理好普遍性与独特性、专业使命与专业化、专业介入与居民参与、社区服务与社区组织、界限与整合等重要关系。

| Abstract: | Community social worker in China still can＇t avoid the question between the development of community social work and social cultural. Carrying out community social work practice in Chinese social culture context needs to solve three conflicts, namely, the conflict between the professional values and local culture, cultural understanding, and develop the community social work theory and skills adapting to the locality. In the future, Community social work development in China needs to address several important relationships： the universality and uniqueness, professional duty and professionalism, professional intervention and residents＇ participation, community services and community organization, boundaries and integration. |
