| 摘 要： | 在西安市经济所有制结构中,国有经济成分所占比例与东部发达地区城市相比比重偏大.在西部大开发之际,西安市应抓住机遇,制定明确的经济发展战略,进行政策、制度等方面创新,对经济所有制结构进行调整和完善,推动经济迅速发展.

| Abstract: | In Contrast with that of those cities in the economically developed regions in eastern China, the state run economic elements in the structure of ownership in Xi'an take an exceedingly high percentage of all diverse economic elements. On the present occasion of the economic development in western China, Xi'an should lose no chance adjusting and completing its structure of ownership by formulating innovative policies and regulations under the guidance of a determinate strategy for economic development so as to enhance a rapid growth of its economy. |
