| 摘 要： | 五年制高职体育课程改革在探索中前行。借鉴于高校和普通高中关于田径类课程或项目的相关论述，并结合五年制高职体育课程的实际情况，将“田径类项目”的概念引入五年制高职体育课程建设中，并提出田径类项目以健身性、竞技性和实用性为三大属性，以基本锻炼能力、田径主要技术和户外生存技能为主要内容，以必选、限选和任选为三种教学形式，从理论和实践层面上为田径类项目在课程中的实施提供可行性依据。

| Abstract: | The reform of five years vocational technology college＇ s PE course is going ahead with exploration. According to the expound of track and field events or course in the college and high school, and the real situation of five years vocational technology college＇ s physical education course, this paper bring about the concept of track and field events to the physical education course. The body -building, competitive and practical are the three attributes, the basic exercising ability, main skill and outdoor living skill are the main content, the compulsory, elective and arbitrary are the three teaching forms of track and field events. Finally, the author offers the feasible basis to operate the track and field events in the physical education course from theoretical and practical layers. |
