| 摘 要： | 体育对于政治、经济等等以竞技形态展示出来的这样那样非本质功能的满足，使之在一定程度上弱化了体育得以安身立命的本质功能，致其普通高校体育教学在教材、教学方法的运用中部分地制约了学生的体育情趣和意识。本文试图通过教材、教学方法的审视与思考来缓释其制约因素，谋求其体育本质功能的放大。

| Abstract: | P.E has to satisfy various nonessential functons such as politics, economy and so on, in the form of athletics, which to some extent weakens its essential functions on which P.E depends for existence and brings about partial restriction on students' interest and awareness in P.E when general colleges and universities apply teaching material and teaching methods. Through examining closely and pondering over teaching material and teaching methods, this article attempts to seek enlargement of the essential function of P.E and to reduce its restriction factors.\= |
