| 摘 要： | 把文化人才建设摆在文化强国战略的突出位置是十七届六中全会的重要战略部署。遂宁市委、市政府高度重视文化工作,文化产业人才队伍建设初见成效。为了进一步提高遂宁市文化人才队伍建设水平,为文化强市战略提供必要的智力支持与体制保障,遂宁市文化产业人才队伍建设必须改革文化产业人才管理体制,健全科学稳定的人才支持保障体系,完善文化人才培养机制,构建多层次文化产业人才培养体系,创新人才的流动机制。

| Abstract: | The cultural talent development takes an outstanding position in cultural power strategy laid down by the the sixth plenary sessionof the17 th conference of CPC.Suining municipal party committee and government attaches great importance to cultural work.In order to further improve Suining cultural talent team construction systematically and mentally,Suining culture industry talents construction must reform culture industry talent management system and the scientific stable personnel support guarantee system,perfect the mechanism of talents training culture,establish multi-tiered culture industry personnel training system,the innovate talent flow mechanism. |
