| 摘 要： | 教师自身发展和成长中,往往比较重视工作能力和技巧的发展,而教师思维能力的培养和提高却没有得到相应的重视和提高。要成长为一个优秀的教师,引导学生掌握学习知识、获取信息的方法,培养学生的创新精神和实践能力,培养高素质的人才,必须要掌握灵活的、适应教育需要的思维方式。

| Abstract: | Teachers’ thinking abilities in work and professional development are neglected in teacher education and teacher training,therefore,these abilities don’t improve in line with teachers’ development.Flexible ways of thinking that meet the needs of education is a must for a good teacher who can handle problems with all the students,deal with the possible complicated situation in education,guide the student to know the ways to master knowledge and obtain information,cultivate students’ innovative spirit and practical ability and cultivate talents. |
