| Abstract: | This paper sets out to analyze the danger of those fraudulent consumption to the value of law ,and then puts porward three solution.It is accepted that frandulend consumption is a kind of action in the name of consumption to achieve other purposes and cheat managers. It is found that apparently this kind of action does not break the law ,but actually it brings about serious consequenes. |
