运动负荷分级综合建模法及计算机软件的设计与研究

摘    要:运动负荷是一个多指标综合的完整结构。只有将其各个局部结构综合在一起,建立一个综合分级模型,才能更加全面、科学地反映机体所承受的外部剌激情况。但有限的资料表明,目前国内外的研究成果尚未达到上述要求。为此,本文运用最简易的计算方法,将运动负荷的各个结构综合进行建模,并设计出了相应的计算机软件。

Abstract:The exercise load is a multi-index-synthetic and complete strtcture Only synthesizing all parts of structure and setting up a syntheticaltepwise model can more comprehensively and scientifically give expression so the external stimuli borne by body, At the present time, however, tthe findings at home and abroad do not accord with the above require ment Just for this reason, the present study has synthesized all parts of structure of the exercise load to model and dsigned a corresponding software with the most simple way of calculation
