| 摘 要： | 以梁祝故里争议为例，透析文化旅游资源区域争议现象产生起源、表现，及这些争议给文化旅游资源开发带来的影响，指出梁祝这类文化旅游资源区域争议现象源于民间传说文化权属问题难以界定性及行政区划形成不同的利益主体，提出通过政府协调，有选择性地整合资源联合开发并找出一条合理的梁祝文化旅游资源开发之路。

| Abstract: | Based on the disputes over Liang -Zhu hometown, this paper analyzes the origin and the representation of the disputes over cultural tourism resources across administrative regions. Then, the article goes on to analyze their impacts , and points out that such disputes are closely related to the difficulty of the identify of the owership of the cultural tourism resources and the different interest groups under the administrative division, the author believes that the inter - administrative region should selectively integrate and co - develop cultural tourism resources, and find an reasonable way to develop the culture of the Liang-Zhu tourism resources. |
