| 摘 要： | 如何提升政府公信力,已成为世界性命题.由于在政府行为中,行政执法环节与平民百姓接触最紧密、最普遍,也与群众切身利益的联系最直接、最经常、最广泛,行政执法与政府公信力有着紧密的联系.近期＂孙中界＂事件也让我们认识到规范行政执法对于提升政府公信力具有积极而重大的理论与现实意义.

| Abstract: | How to enhance the government＇ s public trust has been a global proposition. Administrative law enforcement is one of the aspects closing to the civilian population. It also finks closely with government＇ s public trust. Recentlly, ＂Sun Zhongjie＂ event also allows us to realize that the regulation of administrative law enforcement has a great significance in the enhancement of govermnent＇ s public trust. |
